The Kitchen Sessions

Armed with a basket full of incredible produce we set out on the task to create a new food offer that could be cooked anywhere, eaten anywhere, was delicious, innovative and different – oh and didn’t need a lot of capital to set up as we didn’t have any money.

Over 6 months we experimented, tried, tasted and tried again until we came up with a food offer that we were happy with.  We tested it on friends and family (my wife and kids were amazing for honest feedback) and the Bocca was born….the next stage was, would the paying public like our offer and be prepared to pay for it!
